Accessibility

The CHOCOVERSUM is suitable for users of wheelchair, strollers, and guests with walkers. All rooms in our exhibition are barrier-free. We have an entrance with a ramp and a barrier-free restroom. Our staff is happy to be at your disposal. You can find all information on accessibility here in the test report of Hamburg Tourism GmbH. So you can better decide whether a visit with us is suitable for you or not. If you have any questions, our museum staff will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm on 0049 – 40 – 41 91 23 00.

To accompany guests with disabilities (degree of disability > 70%), please sign up for a free ticket (without the creation of your own chocolate bar) directly at the ticket office. This only applies if an accompanying person has a ‘B’ in their disability pass.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the museum or in the store for hygienic reasons. We ask for your understanding.
